OVERVIEW
The Sales Account Rep position is ideal for someone who is looking to launch a rewarding business career. You will start off in an entry-level role — which is the perfect way to immediately begin working with global brands. Once you master the sales and marketing basics, you’ll begin managing a medium-sized team, you’ll learn how to train and manage others, and you’ll assist in managing operations. This position is best suited to someone internally motivated, competitive, and capable of handling a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will build, maintain and manage account relationships through personal interaction; present the value of our client’s services to prospective and existing customers; collaborate with internal departments to innovate systems and company
We work exclusively with small to medium-sized business owners and C-Level executives so we are looking for someone that has great communication skills and provides a top-notch presentation.
TRAINING
Ample on-the-job training will be provided.
A combination of classroom, as well as in-person and hands-on training, is involved. Typically the training is one week and is based in Schaumburg. Travel is not required.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
4-year college degree; prior internship experience; prior leadership experiences such as on a sports team or academic clubs.
BASIC REQUIREMENTS
High school degree; experience as a member of a high-performing team; a strong work ethic and positive attitude; polished and extremely professional.
